Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Lumonta games that refer to them. The provider is Lumonta Interactive B.V., The Netherlands. Separate signed agreements govern publishing and work-for-hire services.

For games obtained through Apple’s App Store, the Apple Standard EULA governs the application licence. These Terms supplement it for our game services and do not replace it with a custom EULA. Mandatory law and applicable store terms take precedence where required.

For platforms other than Apple’s App Store, we grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the game for entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules. Intellectual property remains with its owners.

You must not cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with game operation, introduce malicious code, access other players’ information without permission or infringe others’ rights. Restrictions on copying or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and applicable component licences.

Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. You must meet the applicable age requirements for a game or feature. If you cannot enter into these Terms independently under local law, a parent or guardian must authorise your use where required.

Keep account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. Do not impersonate others or trade accounts without authorisation. Cloud saves depend on supported account and synchronisation features; deleting an account may remove saved progress.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, transmit, display and moderate that content as part of the game. This does not grant a right to sell your content separately or use private messages in advertising.

Do not post unlawful content, harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, spam or other people’s private information without permission. Share only content you have the right to use. Report abusive content or users through available in-game reporting tools or contact us with the game name and relevant details. We may review reports, remove violating content and restrict accounts proportionately. You can contact us to contest a moderation decision. Avoid posting information you do not want other players to see.

This section applies only if a game offers purchases. Prices and the content supplied are shown before purchase. Payment, cancellation and refund procedures depend on the store or payment provider used, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Virtual currency and items grant rights to use digital content within the game; they are not money, are not redeemable for cash unless expressly offered or required by law, and may not be traded outside authorised game features. These Terms do not remove rights relating to faulty or undelivered content.

Subscriptions: the purchase screen identifies the benefits, billing period, price and any trial or introductory offer. An auto-renewing subscription renews and is charged through the store unless cancelled before its renewal deadline. A trial may convert to a paid subscription on the terms shown when you sign up. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple account’s subscription settings, or a Google Play subscription in Google Play’s Payments & subscriptions settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, subject to the offer, store rules and mandatory rights. Price changes are notified and require consent where applicable. Uninstalling the game does not cancel a subscription.

We may release updates, adjust game balance and change features for technical, security or gameplay reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Changes to purchased content, withdrawal of services and any resulting notice, cancellation or refund rights remain subject to applicable law and store rules.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, security risk or legal requirement, proportionately to the circumstances. You may stop using and uninstall a game at any time. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription or automatically delete server-held information.

A game may display advertisements or link to third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not guarantee third-party offers or availability. This does not exclude responsibilities imposed on us by law.

The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Agreeing to these Terms is not consent to optional analytics or personalised advertising.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, games are provided as available without additional promises about availability or suitability beyond those expressly made. We exclude liability for business losses and indirect or consequential losses to the extent such exclusion is enforceable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, applicable gross negligence, or death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited. Mandatory consumer remedies and data-protection rights remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence. You retain any right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under mandatory law. This clause does not replace the law and dispute provisions of Apple’s Standard EULA where that licence applies.

We may update these Terms to reflect relevant changes to our games, services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, and consent obtained where necessary. Updates do not remove accrued rights or apply retroactively where prohibited.
