What we take on

Less guesswork.
More room to build.

We work alongside your developers to turn uncertainty into research, tests and concrete decisions. The responsibilities and deliverables are agreed for each project.

01 /

“Is there room for this game?”

Market & competitor research

We break down competitors, audience expectations and comparable gameplay loops. We look for a clear product angle and decide which assumptions need testing.

What this gives your team

A sharper direction before you commit more development time.

02 /

“What should we test first?”

Prototype & initial test

We help define the first playable, test creative concepts and plan an initial audience test. We review acquisition signals alongside early retention and gameplay behaviour.

What this gives your team

Evidence for the next decision, with clear questions for the next build.

03 /

“Players leave. We don’t know why.”

Gameplay analysis & refinement

We work through onboarding, level completion, difficulty spikes, progression and feature usage. We turn findings into hypotheses and a prioritised update plan.

What this gives your team

A concrete backlog grounded in how people actually play.

04 /

“We need players, but marketing takes over.”

Launch, creatives & UA

We coordinate campaign planning, creative production, testing and optimisation. We connect marketing feedback with product changes and launch readiness.

What this gives your team

Less coordination across fragmented marketing work, and more focus for your development team.

05 /

“What should the next update change?”

LiveOps & monetisation

We review gameplay and commercial performance together, generate ideas for updates and events, and evaluate features after release. We examine retention, the economy, ad placements and purchase behaviour.

What this gives your team

A purposeful update cycle with priorities and measurable hypotheses.

Inside the game

Beyond installs.
Into the experience.

UA and revenue explain part of the picture. Gameplay analytics helps us understand the experience behind those numbers.

  • Where does onboarding lose players?
  • Which levels or mechanics create friction?
  • What keeps players progressing and returning?
  • Do new features improve the experience?
  • How do monetisation changes affect play?

Publishing FAQ

Before you get in touch.

Can we approach you with a prototype?

Yes. Share your core gameplay, the current build or a short video, and what you want to learn from the first test.

Can you help with a game that is already live?

Yes. Tell us where you are seeing friction: player retention, gameplay, acquisition, creative production, monetisation or the update cycle.

Which genres and team sizes do you consider?

Share the genre, target audience and your team’s capacity. We assess each project in context and discuss whether we can give it the attention it needs.

Can we hire you for one service?

Yes. Work for hire can cover individual services listed above. We agree on a defined brief rather than requiring a full publishing arrangement.

Can we discuss an unpublished game privately?

Start with a non-confidential overview. If an NDA is needed before sharing more, mention it in your first email so we can discuss it.

How are responsibilities and commercial terms decided?

Together, before work starts. Scope, milestones, budgets, decision-making, rights and commercial terms belong in the project agreement; they are not fixed by this website.
