1. Who we are and scope
Lumonta Interactive B.V., The Netherlands (“Lumonta”, “we”, “us”), is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. This policy covers games published by Lumonta that link to it, player support, our corporate website and business enquiries. A game published by another company is covered only if its notice identifies Lumonta’s role.
Data practices depend on the game, platform, enabled features and your privacy choices. Game-specific notices supplement this policy where necessary.
Request account and data deletion
Contact publishing@lumonta.games. For a privacy request, include the game name and the player or installation ID if available. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
2. Information we process
Information comes from your use of a game, integrated service providers, distribution platforms and information you send to us.
- Device and technical information: IP address, device model, operating system, app version, language, network information, installation or SDK identifiers and advertising identifiers when available and permitted. IP addresses can indicate an approximate location.
- Gameplay and measurement: sessions, progress, levels, events, feature interactions and advertising interactions. Attribution services connect campaign interactions with installs and subsequent game events. Diagnostic information can include crashes and performance information where the relevant modules are enabled.
- Messages: your contact details, message contents and attachments when you contact support or discuss a business opportunity. Business enquiries can include your name, role, company and project materials.
- Website requests: hosting systems process technical requests, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and secure the site.
Where the relevant features are available, we also process:
- Accounts and cloud saves: account and player identifiers, display name, email or sign-in provider information, authentication records, game progress, inventory and settings.
- Purchases and subscriptions: transaction identifiers, products, purchase times, currency, amounts, receipts and subscription status supplied by the store or payment provider. Store payments are handled by that provider; we do not receive your full payment-card details through store billing.
- Chat and shared content: messages, uploads, profile information, reports and moderation records. Content you share with others is visible to its intended audience.
- Preferences: consent choices, permission settings and age or age-range information where requested to apply appropriate protections.
Only information relevant to enabled features is processed. This policy does not authorise access to contacts, precise location, microphone or other restricted device data without a relevant feature, disclosure and required permission.
3. Why we use information
- Provide the game and support: deliver accounts, cloud saves, purchases, subscriptions and social features, validate entitlements, respond to issues and maintain game operation; based on performance of our agreement where necessary, or legitimate interests in providing support.
- Understand and improve gameplay: measure progression, difficulty, feature use and technical problems. We rely on consent where required; otherwise on legitimate interests in improving the game, balanced against your rights.
- Advertising and attribution: deliver and measure advertisements, evaluate acquisition campaigns and prevent advertising fraud. Personalised advertising and device access or tracking rely on consent where required. Other processing requires an applicable legal basis, such as legitimate interests where lawful.
- Security and legal compliance: moderate reported content, detect abuse and fraud, protect systems, comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
- Business enquiries: assess projects and communicate with potential partners based on legitimate interests; take requested pre-contractual steps where you are personally a prospective contracting party.
Accepting the Terms or playing a game does not itself provide consent to optional tracking.
4. SDKs and advertising partners
Our game technology includes the providers below. Their use in a particular game depends on its integrations and settings. A provider’s notice explains its own processing; it does not replace our responsibility to explain data use in our games.
- Adjust: campaign attribution and measurement of installs and in-game events using technical information, identifiers and event data. Privacy information.
- AppMetrica: product analytics and attribution using technical information, identifiers and game events; diagnostics where enabled. Data protection information.
- Meta (Facebook): measurement of app events and advertising campaign performance, including use of device and event information where the integration and privacy choices permit. Privacy policy.
- AppLovin: advertising, mediation and measurement. AppLovin and participating advertising partners can process technical information, identifiers and ad interactions to select and deliver ads, measure results, prevent fraud and, where permitted, personalise advertising and improve advertising services. Privacy policy · AppLovin partner directory.
- Google Firebase: app infrastructure and services such as analytics, crash and performance diagnostics, sign-in, cloud storage and saved progress, remote configuration and notifications, where enabled. Depending on the feature, Google processes device and installation identifiers, usage events, diagnostics, authentication information, stored game data or notification tokens. Not every Firebase service is enabled in every game. Module-specific privacy information.
AppLovin’s directory describes its wider partner ecosystem, not a statement that every listed partner receives information from every Lumonta game. Additional mediation adapters and direct advertising partners must be identified for the game in which they are used.
5. Other recipients and international transfers
We use service providers for hosting, communications, storage and collaboration. Business correspondence and project materials may be handled through Hostinger email, Notion, Google Drive, Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp and other messaging services used in the relevant conversation. Information is shared as needed for that correspondence, storage or collaboration; it is not automatically sent to every listed service.
Account, hosting and cloud-service providers process information needed to run accounts and synchronise progress. App stores and payment providers process purchases under their own terms and privacy notices. Other players receive profile information, messages or content you share with them through social features.
Providers may process information on our instructions or act as independent controllers for their own purposes. We require service providers acting for us to protect data through appropriate contractual and technical safeguards. Parties receiving app data must provide protection consistent with this policy and applicable platform requirements.
We may disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where necessary for legal obligations or claims, or in a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.
Providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where required, transfers must be covered by an applicable adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards and any necessary supplementary measures. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
6. Privacy choices and advertising
You can withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful beforehand. Device settings can restrict app permissions and advertising identifiers. On iOS, tracking that requires App Tracking Transparency permission must respect your choice.
Restricting personalised advertising does not necessarily remove advertisements or processing needed to deliver contextual ads, prevent fraud or operate the game. Uninstalling a game does not itself erase information already held by us or our providers.
The corporate website currently has no analytics, advertising pixels or optional cookies in its code. Game SDKs are separate from the website and can use device identifiers and local storage.
Use the game’s privacy controls to review and change consent for analytics or advertising, or contact us for help. You can also manage notifications and device permissions through your operating system. Optional processing that requires consent begins only after that consent, and stops when you withdraw it, subject to processing independently required or permitted by law.
7. Retention and deletion
Business enquiries that do not result in cooperation: we retain relevant correspondence and materials for up to 36 months after the last substantive contact to assess and follow up the opportunity and keep a record of the discussion. We then delete or anonymise information no longer needed. Earlier deletion may be appropriate following a valid request. Limited information may be retained longer where required by law or necessary for a specific legal claim.
Game and support information: retention is determined by the time needed to provide active game features, resolve support issues, analyse relevant game or campaign performance, investigate security incidents and meet legal obligations. Data no longer needed for these purposes is deleted or anonymised. The 36-month business-enquiry period does not apply automatically to player data.
Deletion covers relevant records under our control and requests to processors where applicable. Information retained for a legal reason is limited to that purpose. Backup deletion follows the applicable backup cycle; retained copies must not be reused for ordinary processing.
Account and cloud-save data are kept while needed to provide your account and saved progress. When your account is deleted, associated personal data are deleted or anonymised, except limited records needed for legal obligations, transaction records, fraud prevention or specific legal claims. Support and moderation records are retained only while needed to resolve the matter and handle related disputes. Analytics, advertising and diagnostic data are retained only while relevant to measurement, improvement or investigation, taking account of the provider’s configured retention and deletion controls.
8. Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent. You may complain to your local supervisory authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Contact publishing@lumonta.games. For a privacy request, include the game name and the player or installation ID if available. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
We may request proportionate information to identify relevant records and verify your request. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful exception to deletion. Please do not send additional sensitive information unless needed for verification.
Delete your account and data: use the account-deletion option within the game, or email publishing@lumonta.games with the subject “Account deletion request”. Name the game and provide your account email or player ID, if available, so we can find the correct records. You can make an email request without reinstalling the game. We may verify account ownership before deleting data. Account deletion removes access to associated progress and content and is not merely deactivation.
Subscriptions are managed by the store: deletion or uninstalling does not automatically cancel billing. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account. Contact us if you need help; a subscription does not remove your right to request deletion.
Additional regional rights: where applicable, you can opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing of personal information, and qualifying profiling; limit qualifying uses of sensitive information; appoint an authorised agent; or appeal a decision on your request by replying to our response. We do not discriminate for exercising a privacy right. Use in-game privacy controls or contact us with “Privacy opt-out” in the subject. Advertising-related disclosure of identifiers, device data and activity to advertising partners may constitute “sale” or “sharing” under certain US state laws even without monetary payment. We honour applicable opt-outs and legally recognised preference signals where required. These rights are subject to the scope and exceptions of the law that applies to you.
9. Security and children
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and risks, including secure transmission, access restrictions and provider controls. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. Some games or features have a higher minimum age. A store content rating does not determine the age at which a player can independently consent to data processing.
Where a player is below the local age for independent consent, we obtain required parental authorisation before processing that depends on consent, or restrict the relevant processing or feature. We do not knowingly process children’s data contrary to applicable law. If we learn that information was collected without required authorisation, we stop the relevant processing and delete it unless a lawful basis permits retention. Special protections for minors, including restrictions on targeted advertising and sale or sharing, apply where required.
If you believe a child’s information has been processed improperly, contact us with the game name so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Changes and contact
We update this policy when relevant data practices change and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. The date above identifies the latest revision.
